1. You choose the items you want to sell and email us with the details.
2. We then phone you to discuss the value you can expect and to arrange a day for collection (You can drop off to us or arrange your own courier if you prefer) You then box the items up. Our courier collects.
3. As soon as your items reach us, we unpack, code and prepare for listing.
4. Preparation includes: making the item look good, such as ironing or repackaging. We then photograph, list and store.
5. Once an item is sold we package and send to buyer.
6. Our software is tracking your item from the day we receive it and when sold calculates your payment.
7. Payments are sent out to you either by Paypal or direct into your account during the 1st week of every month.

So what can we sell?

1. Almost anything that is new or good condition. Although we do not put a minimum limit on value of item, for you to make a reasonable return we do need to sell your item for over £20.00. If you have several of the same item this value is not so important. If you’re unsure just ask us.
2. We sell Good Quality/New or Nearly New Designer Clothing, Toys, Tools, Household Items, Childrens Clothes, Limited Edition Items, Collectables, Gift Items, Hair & Beauty products, in fact almost anything .

What Don’t We Sell?

1. Counterfeit or Stolen Products
2. Branded Products where there is no licence to sell.
3. Broken Damaged Items.

What We Ask from You.

1. If we are collecting from you, we need the items boxed appropriately to ensure items travel safely to us.
2. We need you to sign a statement confirming that the items we are selling for you are not Counterfeit, stolen or that they are genuinely yours to sell.
